Exchange Policy

At Duvita, we want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. To that end, we have the following exchange policy for products purchased from Rollover:

  • Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase, but no requests will be entertained after that time.
  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy, but any other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.
  • Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
  • We do not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
  • We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, or altered. Tags and labels must be intact.
  • If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the mark down price.
  • In case of any discrepancy, the system price is final.
